The hotel offers a scheduled shuttle service between Lakeshore Hotel Hualien and Hualien Railway Station.
Advance reservation is required.

Notes

• Shuttle reservations must be made at the time of room booking. Guests may enjoy complimentary shuttle service according to the occupancy of the reserved room type. For passengers exceeding the room occupancy, an additional fee of NT$100 per person (aged 3 and above) per one-way trip will be charged. (Not applicable to group bookings.)
• This shuttle service operates on a reservation basis only. Please make your reservation by 20:00 on the day prior to departure. For cancellations, please notify the hotel at least one hour prior to the scheduled departure time.
• The travel time between the hotel and the railway station is approximately 15 minutes.
• Taxi reservation service is also available upon request. Please contact us in advance.
• The hotel reserves the right to adjust or change the shuttle schedule without prior notice.
