NOTICE

  1. Closed-toe athletic shoes and proper workout attire are required.
  2. Smoking, food and beverages are not allowed in the gym.
  3. Do not enter the gym area within one hour after meals or alcoholic beverages.
  4. Children and youth aged 16 and below are not permitted to use the gym.Weight training equipment must be used by those aged 18 or above.
  1. Please consult the instructor before excising if having low/high blood pressure, cardiac irregularities, high blood sugar, insomnia or other illness.
  2. Please return equipment in its place after use.
  3. In case of any discomfort or difficulty to breathe, stop using the facility and report to the staff for help immediately.
  4. Instructions of all equipment should be followed. The Club may not accept the liability for injury caused by misuse or tampering with the equipment.
  5. The hotel reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse entry to any person who does not follow club rules.
