Using only the season’s fresh ingredients, Mola-Mola serves a variety of cuisines with a buffet-style breakfast and fine dishes for lunch and dinner. The dining area seats for 140 guests, decorated with marine elements, wooden textures, and white walls. The large floor to ceiling windows extending from the hall introduces natural sunlight, creating this bright and lively dining space. With delicate cooking skills, the chefs apply the unique local ingredients such as makauy (mountain pepper), shell-flower and quinoa into the dishes to present the raw and original Hualien flavor, bringing the mountains, the sea, and the aboriginal cultures of Hualien to the tip of your tongue.
