1. Sustainable Stay at Lakeshore
(1) Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
(2)Hassle-Free Self Check-In: Guests with standard online bookings may use the lobby’s self check-in kiosk to complete the process quickly—no need to wait in line!(Not applicable for bookings with add-on meals or packages, one-night-two-meals plans, vouchers, or point redemptions.）
(3)Eco-Friendly Amenities: To support environmental sustainability, single-use toiletries and personal care products are not provided in guest rooms.

(4)Bottled Water Alternatives: Disposable bottled water has been replaced with a bamboo charcoal filtration system and eco-friendly pitchers.
Please use the pitcher to refill cold water from the dispensers located on each floor.
(For in-room use only. Do not remove the pitcher from the hotel. Cold water only—do not use for hot water.)
(5)Express Check-out: Upon check-in, request an invoice and an express check-out sleeve. On departure day before 11:00, if no balance is due, simply drop your room key and the sleeve into the check-out box next to the elevator.
2.Transportation Services
(1)Parking: Indoor and outdoor parking areas are available (approx. 3-minute walk).
Spaces are limited and cannot be reserved; first-come, first-served.

4.Special Notices
(1)To maintain a high-quality accommodation experience, pets are not allowed in guest rooms.
(2)To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests,smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel except in the designated smoking area (under the front entrance arcade on the right-hand side).If cigarette odors or butts are detected in the room or balcony upon check-out, a cleaning fee of NT$6,000 will be charged. Any damage to hotel property caused by smoking will be additionally charged based on repair costs. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and smoke-free environment.
(3)Family-Friendly Services: Baby cribs and baby bathtubs are available upon request. Quantities are limited, so please reserve in advance.
